Walking for Fun-Stress Free
Walking for fun can be exciting and very relaxing. If you need to relieve stress, walking is a wonderful way to get your mind off work, the kids, meetings, deadlines, and multiple projects.
Don’t stress about how long you should walk or how far. Just get out there and do it. Walk to the local park. Walk early in the morning to watch the sun rise. Walk along the beach and see the sun set. Walk your kids to school. Walk your dog as part of his/her physical well being.
